THE ONLY DATA WE HOLD, ON PASSWORD PROTECTED COMPUTERS, IS AS FOLLOWS: in most cases, name and email only; in other cases, postal addresses, telephone number and (for the summer event) affiliation. This information is stored solely in order to circulate information about the Wordsworth Conference foundation and its events. As we do not have an annual subscription, we have no banking details recorded. Nor do we store banking details from payments of registration fees. Explicit consent is requested each time we compile list of participants and their contact details at our summer and winter events. We would not share your data with any organisation for any purpose.
