was incorporated on 5 April 2008 and listed as a charity on 3
June 2008, its purposes being
to manage and develop the Wordsworth Summer
Conference and Winter School
and to administer bursaries to enable postgraduate students and
private scholars to attend these
events.

legal step, requiring election by the existing Directors of the
Company.
You may, however, become a Friend immediately, and subsequently
apply for election to Membership
